The gods must be crazy!
The Gods Must Be Crazy is a great old movie with message for Georgia Congressman Paul Braun , who believes the earth was created in six days--about 9,000 years ago. Big bang and evolution are "lies straight from the pit of hell." Now the bad news: Braun sits on the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology. Whoa Nelly!
Paul Ryan has certainly made a fool of himself. First he put forward a budget that was created by real right-wingers; then he announced that all his staff members must read Ayn Rand's books! Then, when he learned tha his idol was an atheist, he dropped the Rand crapola. When pressed by Chris Wallace on Fox, Ryan could not explain his tax plan!
He has so little faith in the Romney/Ryan ticket that he is also running for Congress on the same ballot. He won't explain to his constituents how his voucher plan would "protect seniors," and he is refusing to debate his Democratic opponent, Rob Zerban.
Zerban is a bright businessman who is more than up to the task, but Ryan is afraid he will lose both elections! Having talked with Zerban, and knowing Ryan, I think Zerban is the best candidate Ryan has faced. C'mon, Paul. Get in the ring!
