Very clever, Mitt!
Not one of his five sons has served one day in the military--not one. Nor Mitt, nor Paul Ryan. So they announce the selection of Ryan on a battleship!

Makes me wonder if he will announce that he won't release his tax returns on the steps of the IRS! First question: In vetting Ryan, did you check his tax returns?

Proving that prayer works, Paul Ryan is the veep nominee! This is a shot in the arm for the Ayn Rand cult but little more.

Well done, Mitt.

Whatcha gonna do when Team Mitt wins Wisconsin and the White House? Can't happen? Yeah, you betcha! Think George W. Bush and Scott Walker. Convinced yet?

A vote for Mitt the Twit and Ryan is a vote the interests of the wealthy and corporations.

Quit counting your chickens before they are hatched! I remember when liberals said George W. Bush was too stupid to ever get the nomination, much less elected!

Ryan, like Walker, has never worked in the private sector.

While Walker has read "Ayn Rand for Dummies" Ryan wrote the book.

This group of politicians, including Hovde are self indulgent, greedy pigs. They have lived off the investments in infrastructure and education that their parents and grandparents have made, but are unwilling to make similar investments for the future.

What could make for a more clear choice? Forward to the future with Obama or backwards to the 19th century with Romoney and Ryan.

The key will be who gets put into Congress for these are the ones who legislate when they are not obstructing and obstruct when not legislating. POTUS simply takes the hits.

I think they made the announcement on a battleship so that Mitt, Paul and the Romney munchkins know what one looks like.

1.) Ryan was launched as VP candidate upon a boat that is going nowhere.

2.) The boat is a battleship, guaranteed to endear these neo-con chickenhawks to veterans who have already seen enough of courageous pols who send others to do the tough stuff like fight in their very lucrative wars. (Lucrative for the MIL and the neo-cons, anyway.)

3.) There was enough of the red, white and blue "Mission Accomplished" bunting in the background to remind everyone of the glory years of Bush/Cheney.

QUESTION: Who'd they hire to do the optics for this campaign? Ed Garvey? LOL!
