Another step forward
Ten years ago, a small group of progressives met in the Dells to celebrate the victory over Perrier. We decided to hold a meeting every year to discuss challenges to local communities. Someone said, "Let's name it Fighting Bob Fest" after our most famous reformer. And so we created Fighting Bob Fest. In 10 years we have had some of the most outstanding speakers in the country and thousands of progressives in attendance. And we had fun!

In year two we concluded that we needed a voice on the internet and so FightingBob.com was created to keep progressives informed and to provide a voice for progressives. One of the primary goals was to encourage progressives to write articles and blogs to share their views with the thousands who visit our site every week. In year three we sponsored the People's Legislature and over a thousand people came together to draft a platform that will lead to public financing of campaigns.

Yesterday, we started FightingBob.com Radio. Eric Schubring of WOJB and I co-hosted and it was fun. Paul Demain was our first guest. There were some hitches but we learned a lot. We are convinced that Fighting Bob Radio will bring many more into the home for the "politically homeless."

We will be on air, so to speak, for one hour every Thursday at 11:00. Tune in.

Posser demands Justice Bradley recuse: I thought I was dreaming, but no, it is true that Justice Prosser, the arch-enemy of forced recusal, suddenly demands that Ann Walsh Bradley recuse herself from the discipline of Justice Prosser for the hands-on-throat matter. Goodness! What is the old saying? "What's good for the goose is..."

Wonderful news about the radio program! Hope in the near future it is offered to other progressive stations and those stations needing an opposing viewpoint.

Good news indeed about your Fighting Bob radio show! Thanks for all your efforts in reaching out to the people of the state. I have found the best way to stream is via tunein.com, a free Internet radio site that works with iPhones, Androids, Blackberries, laptops, netbooks or wherever else you have a connection. There are quite a few progressive stations out there. This is a good way to find them.
