Maybe Obama should stop praising Reagan & Teddy Roosevelt, and start following the lead of some of his own party's standard bearers. Afterall, the last Republican with a plan was Ike and the interstate highway system.
Curtis Roosevelt, FDR's grandson, knows a thing or two about that.
