Looks like Walker is taking a page from Sam Brownback's playbook in Kansas. The Kansas Arts Commission was completely gutted and its replacement will now will depend only on the charity of others. As a brief aside: Brownback has reorganized the Kansas equivalent of the DNR as the Kansas Dept. of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism. I'm not sure why they didn't just put Tourism first .... And so it goes.
