Actually John the GOP was correct not ridiculously wrong. The law is unconstitutional under the commerce claus. That was what the democrates and Barry claimed gave them the power to enact Obama care. There was no intention supposedly of the law being a tax. Thats not what we the American people were told and thats not what congress voted for or the president signed into law. Yet you think us being lied to is a good thing.
