I believe the piece John Nichols refers to was written by Christian Schneider from the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute, about as biased an organization as you'll find in today's Wisconsin. Bob LaFollette would be aghast that WPRI thought it could analyze his views about recalls in 2012.
